AlexHost didn't say they aren't offshore in Web Hosting Shared, they maybe said you cannot run a adult website in Web Hosting Shared Plans, due to resource usage, if you streaming or use video players in your website, you will use make excessive use of CPU and RAM, and that you can't do in Shared Web Hosting Plan, because is Shared with others clients.
Is for that reason, or I'm wrong?

@Pedro Rosario in this case is better to purchase VPS or Dedicated Server to do it, most providers will kick you out when you excessive use the resources of shared web hosting.
That doesn't mean AlexHost is not offshore, they simple doesn't allow you do it on Shared Plans due what I explain.

Brother, OP has mentioned he contacted alexhost and dropped it for a reason and he is looking for shared hosting. Hope you read the first post.

He dropped it, because he doesn't know that he can't use Web Hosting for Streaming, video hosting, it will usage a lot of resources. And that is not allowed in most of Hostings (Web Hosting Plans)
