Are there any engines in GSA SER which I shouldn't waste my time with when doing tiered link building? (Exploits, perhaps?)

And would be nice to know why not to use them if any.

You can do social bookmarks but don't send your Tier 2 at them, do them separately

try use only contextual to money site
second tier ********
avoid blog comments trackbacks and guestbook directl to your money site

It depends by Your strategy and Tiers...

If it`s not Churn and Burn, me personaly never use exploits, referrers, trackbacks, pingbacks, blog comments even for Tier3. BUT they still could be included if You create personalized sub-projects for them with specific filters according to the source specifications.

+1 It's not worth it mostly.

Thanks this is the type of answers I'm looking for.

No it's not churn and burn, of course with CnB I would just go ham and recklessly select every engine.

So, no Exploits, Referrers, Trackbacks, Pingbacks, and Blog Comment engines.

Any particular reasons why not?

What about Indexer engine?

Plan a strategy and decide what engines to go for. No need of using all simply because GSA SER can support it.

They are widely spam used and in the best case just won`t give You any benefit. I don`t use Indexers, but they still could be used if You think it`s useful for You.

Note, that You still could use all other types if make for them separated subcampaign ex. Blog comments from only low OBL <30 and at least one keyword must be presented at least one on the site + localization filters --- so here You`ll get probably not more than 2-10 links, but they will be good quality and useful for the diversification. (I don`t use PR filter as IMO PR has no any sense anymore - if they update it after some time may be included again as a factor, but right now it`s useless)

As well note that if You mean direct links - You still should use human writen, never used before articles and insert with %spinfolderdelete% to avoid posting them more than once. Alternatively You could spin them with WordAI for multiple use but You still will need at least 20-30 unique articles per project.
