All the rating bots work man, you just need ips and accts. Trust me with those 2 your good, also I always silence my competition comments it works like a charm. But not many people that i know can silence their competition , is a youtube guru trick that you learn after messing with youtube for day and night without sleeping.

i think that is false statement I have test non boted votes with manually Voting up,and Bots would get the comments not going to the top

First of all there is no such thing as a botted votes.They are just regular votes, manually or botted is still the same. Unless the votes are misssing a tag, or has an invalid old vote in the POST.
Second of all, if your comments didn't go to the top. Then I would just concentrate on that and try to figure it out else your just gonna be going in circles.
Third of all, your comments didn't go to the top cause of the accts and/or ips you were using.
If you still want to think your right. Then tell me exactly why do comments not go to the top, there is a reason why and there is a way to find out too if the comment will go to the top or not.
After you figure that out, then you already solved the very basics of comment rating, then there are other filters on top of the basics and some odd effects too. But your still at the bottom without knowing why your comment didn't go to the top because you think is the bot, so your still with the crowd right now waiting for that bot or not giving a fuck why comments go to the top enough to test and see, because you are in a hurry to make money that you are not willing to put the effort and time to do it right.
I mean you should have atleast sniffed your http packets to see the difference, thats the first thing that should have come to mind instead of saying that you tried it manually and it worked but with a bot it didn.t That doesn't explain much, because you obviously didn't even analyze it or know whats going on under the hood of the bot aka http requests, so I don't see how you can actually say that what i said above is false statement. Ofc i am not telling you step by step how to get your comment to the top, but atleast am trying to be super nice ,even though i am hurting by bringing more competition into my field, into gearing you in the right direction.
Geez this is what i get for helping a poor noob out.

I currently(as in today) have accounts and proxies when I manually try to Vote Comments Up The Go to the top comment.
When I use Bots Such as Youtube Genius Or Tiger Bot they do not.

when did i ever say i was referring to flagging? lol thats what noobs do they flag and create a flag war.Thats bad for business if you don't want to
Flagging doesn't actually silence your competition, it just marks their comments as flagged but you can still see the content of the comment and the author. What i meant by silencing is actually removing the content of the comment, the name of the author, and just leaving the commentid .
When you silence your opponent there is no coming back unlike flagging you can press the unflagg a fuck load of times and it can comeback sometimes. Ofc just like somethings, there is a way to prevent your comments from being silent.
IF that fails then just give them the other treatment, like make their comments permanently fucked up by not making them go to the top, or the one where you empty their goodies out and leave them holding a bag thats worthless in yt's eyes but to the average person looks like nothing was taken.There is just so many ways to get to top comment, using offensive tactics, defensive tactics is just so funny people want a rating and a commenting bot but they don't stop and think that by outranking your competitions comment by putting more ratings on it is the most unefficient way to do things and wastes atleast 5-10 times more resources.
