Any New Stealth Requirements?

Okay lets get this started,

Are there any new requirements to making a stealth paypal/ebay account?

I understand and know how to make fresh stealth paypal and ebay accounts. But it's been years since i've been in the game and i'm sure that Paypal/ebay (since they are now one entity) has upped the ante on security measures, flagging algorithms, and verification processes.

I'm sure they won't advertise these changes but I want to hear from guys who have been at this since circa 2012 of any changes they know of-any changes that would prevent someone using a guide from 2012 from opening an account in 2016.

Any nitty gritty details would be much appreciated.

It hard to get cash out of stealth accounts.

Do you just buy bitcoin with the stelth account ?

Do you us a credit card from the misc and add that and verify with it and top it via the stelth accoount.

How the hell do you get the cash out?

It driving me mad how to get the cash out.

No idea how bitcoin plays a part in paypal as its been years since ive done this. But I use prepaid CC such as vanilla visa. You have to have some type of money on the card as they do withdraw money from it then reverse. Assuming that their methods has not changed.

If you are having trouble withdrawing cash from your account then either:

A:You account is not fully verified and you need to take care of that ASAP
or
B:Your account is close to being limited (until you provide more information), banned (they figured out your account is stealth)

For getting cash out of the Pypal Stealth just move it slowly from stealth Paypal to a Paypal that has a Bank Account to withdraw, not that complicated.

Just that the new stealth Paypal you will have to break it in slowly

I have multiple aged paypal accounts that I send low amounts to from stealth accounts that have real bank accounts attached to withdraw. Works like a charm if you do not over do it.
