new techniques is simple
you need lot money
buy high pr links and you should Rank
 
We are already starting work on our 2014 techniques.
Suggest you read the forum before making a thread.
Everything you want to know can be found with a little effort.

And make a new tag like that for every keyword you have. The more you have, the more you will rank for. That's why people have huge lists of +15k keywords you can download. Google loves seeing 15 thousand keywords in your site's head.

No one is going to drop you a golden egg! Trial and error is the best way to find things out! Read, implement, test, optimize and try again til you find something new or find a better way!

I know that i need to do researches for the better ranking but will you please tell me where i can get best results regarding to the SEO.
 
Search on bhw for case studies.
you will find loads of threads about how people rank/try to rank their sites. Read them, find out what they did, then copy/twist.
 
OP, no need to do anything. just sit down...and stay there. that is the new strategy.

That is misleading, so I have changed your title to a question
rather than a statement.

I don't think there are new SEO techniques, but more of a resurgence of old techniques that are now deemed "quality"
 
That is backlinking through niche blog commenting, forum postings, social bookmarking and directory submission or citation as local SEO which is very effective.
 
Citations are probably pretty new-ish now that local SEO is getting bigger and bigger, David Jackson is right there...
