BUT, it does appear to be fully automated. Here's a response to a questions posted on their forum regarding if "this bot can bypass the c4ptch4":

No but it runs automatically and doesn't require any human intervention. It allows you to load the list of accounts. It then start posting comments from those accounts, what YouTube does is that it will block your account for some time due to fast posting of comments. What our bot does is that it goes to the next account to post comments and loops through the list coming back to that blocked account again and by now, that account has been unblocked as well. So, the bot works completely automatic."
