Any networks that allow cash incent?

I see tons and tons of people doing cash incent, and I want in. There are numerous sites where users get paid to click/view ads, albeit a paltry amount, and at least 1/3 of jobs on mTurk are CPA offers.

Can anyone share with me a network that allows these hard (cash) incents?

I suppose its plausible that most, if not all mTurkers are just hiding/blanking/faking the referrer, and sending in junk traffic, but there has to be a few networks out there that allow straight up have the kinds of offers I'm looking for.

I haven't used them in years but instantdollarz allows cash incentives on most offers.

SparkLeads. DirectLeads (or DirectTrack?!) do too (I wouldn't recommend them).
