Any network that accepts Twitter traffic?

I'm going to be pushing some offers through some well known celebs. I'm getting some really good prices because it's direct and really want to do it. The main network I run on, doesn't really like twitter traffic. If any networks on here allow it, please hit me up! I must say that I would like a network that pays weekly or net 15 at MOST, if any networks thinks they're going to pay net30, don't take the time to post.
