I just get someone to give me $20 so I can register 2 DNs ..but my PP is suspended for now ..so If you have a PP which doesn't hold for 21 days, i will tell the man to send $20 to you and you will buy one of my DN for $18 from namecheap

Yeah I'm a little confused as to what you are asking for OP! You want to send someone 20 dollars and want them to spend 18 dollars for you?

Why do you not use other registrars or other payment methods for registering domain names in your name
