Any Movie Recommendations?

I’m a big fan of older films, particularly from the 1950s to the 2000s. I’ve already seen most of the popular ones, like *The Shawshank Redemption* and the classics everyone knows. However, one underrated gem I thought was really good was *The Count of Monte Cristo*—definitely worth watching for anyone who enjoys a solid adventure story.

A few other movies I’ve enjoyed recently include *Beverly Hills Cop*, *The Jackal*, and of course *Heat*. I’m always on the lookout for more suggestions, so feel free to share any hidden gems you think I might like!

Count of Monte Cristo - the 2002 film? I liked that one too.

For anyone that misses the 1990s, I recommend Strange Days (1995). Underrated film, written by James Cameron and directed by his then wife.

Yes, I’m talking about the 2002 version. That one’s an exception, though—I usually prefer films from before 2000. Strange Days sounds intriguing, though; I think I’ll give that one a watch!
 
Snatch, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, Dead Mans Shoes.

That's my three all time favourites. Couldn't tell you what year they were made!

Ronin is definitely a great film. As for The Man Who Would Be King, I haven't seen that one yet.

By the way, I’m a big fan of *The Matrix* Part 1. Part 2 was decent, but Part 3 just didn’t really do it for me.

That's totally true. If anyone's looking for a great series, I'd definitely recommend *The Sopranos''.
 
For a classic 50/60s vibe, any Alfred Hitchcock movie but especially Psycho or The Birds! That guy was so far ahead of his time.....
 
I really wanna start learning by watching... honestly I struggle to focus on a film unless it's informative nowadays.

I get that, but I usually spend most of my time at home, and I just prefer watching a movie over flipping through television.
 
The game (1997) is also really good. Maybe i will re watch that one.
