I doubt you will be able to do that, you are going to burn the servers and ips in a few minutes. You really need to do a ton of research on this subject.
Ses is not good with gmail , it goes to spam

It is possible with 1000-5000 Warmed Up Gmails,Yahoo and Outlook Accounts.
Have Seperate VPS's,Have Seperate Chrome Instances,Have a Proxy set up for each Chrome Instance,Have a Python Script Ready to Automate these Chrome Instances and You can send that amount of Volume but there's a lot of Investment,Tech Skills,Email Marketing Skills and Patience needed to achieve that amount to actually hit the Inbox.
