    I don't know what server specifications you require, but since you're obviously looking for a deep discount, you could try HostGator. If you do a Google search, you can easily find a coupon code that will allow you to pay only a penny for your first month of service.

    that is the cheapest and most minimalistic I have ever seen, worth the money though.
