[OP]: Here's two suggestions
1. Atomic Email Studio: 9modules in one software (email scraper, sender, verifier, list manager, subscription manager, logger, web spider etc..)
2. Maxbulk mailer: only mass emailer

You need also a smtp server to relay on,

Pm me me if you need help setting up a smtp server.

I have always wondered what the case is with SMTP servers - I assume you need white listed SMTP servers for maximum effectiveness?

Been answered 1,000 times now, use the search function, its not hard.
Just place interspire on a VPS and warm your IP's up (again search button).
