any luminati alternative proxy?

hey buddy, i am using luminati proxy now, they have some many ip and good service, but the bad thing is they are too...... expensive. i am paying about $400-$500 per day to them and that's really expensive for me. so is any alternative proxy service?

they should have the follow function:
1.cheap!cheap!cheap!
2.large volume us & eu online ip everyday;
3.select ip by country and city;
4.high anonymous;
5.change every 5 minutes ;
6.socks 5 & http proxy;
7.good surpport.

they are expensive because they are good and probably the only service like that currently. best alternative would be to buy a vpn subscription.
