Any luck on becoming a DMOZ editor

    There's a variety of opinion on whether dmoz helps in SERP ranking, and their link is considered juicy by Google eyes...

    A simple idea is why don't you become an editor yourself, and then push all the links that need a SEO boost inside dmoz...voila!

    ... i wait eagerly to know why my thinking is naive

    DMOZ... havent heard that word in a while. You're late by about 10 years.

    Yes DMOZ is an outdated subject matter. This is the era of PBNs. New age DMOZs that you own yourself.

    PBN takes time to set up...I wondered whether it is worth it for a seo job

    Or do I miss sth again...

    haha, "oldies but goodies" :D dmoz helps, sure, but in case anything changed lately, tyou'll have no chance of doing this, they are very strict and you won't be able to just become an editor in a category where your site could be entered, approve your site and that's it. you say pbns take time, it will take a lot more for you to achieve this with dmoz :)
