My pins don't appear in search anymore, I have been pinning 25 times per day (total 150 urls) would.i recover or use a new account?

While I do think 25 pins per day is too much, I still think the possibility of recovering is there.

Things like this happen, your impressions haven't been down for long. So just keep pinning.

Pinterest likely flagged your account for spammy behavior 150 URLs a day is excessive by their standards. Take a break from pinning for a few days, clean up any duplicate or low-quality pins, and avoid automation if you’re using any. If things don’t improve after a week or two, a new account might be your only option but keep it low-key next time.

That kind of activity probably triggered Pinterest’s spam filters. Instead of jumping to a new account, try slowing down no pinning for a few days, then resume with fewer, higher-quality pins. Sometimes accounts bounce back after a cooldown period. Starting fresh should be a last resort.

Its 25 URLs, I have total 150 urls to rotate.

Thanks everyone for the help! I’ll pause for a few days and update how it goes. If there’s no improvement, I’ll try pinning less per day — around 5 to 10. If that doesn’t work, I might need to consider a new account.

Pinterest often limits visibility when pinning too aggressively. Instead of switching accounts, try reducing your pinning frequency and focus on engaging, original content. Clean up any spammy pins and give your account some time to regain trust before pushing more pins.

I suggest you to go slow. 150 is a big number here.

Your account most likely get shadowbanned because you posted a lot of pins in short time it happen.....

Your pinning frequency likely raised flags. Pause or reduce activity, focus on authentic engagement, and avoid spamming URLs. The algorithm usually resets after a cooldown period. Jumping to a new account isn’t necessary unless the current one stays restricted.

That's reassuring — hopefully the algorithm resets after a few days off. Thanks for the help!

If you are just repeating same posts, you probably won't make a come back. You need fresh content. Imagine if everyone was like you, and uploaded the way you do? Pinterest would be a crap hole of duplicate spam content.

Too much pinning can hurt visibility; I think 15 pins per day is ideal, so slow down your daily posting and see what happens.

Sounds like a solid plan. Pausing lets you reset data and see if the algorithm responds better. Reducing pins can avoid spamming signals that hurt reach. If that still doesn’t work, starting fresh with a new account can clear any hidden flags. Keep tracking results closely and adjust based on what the data tells you.

Exactly, taking a short break can help reset things. Just stay consistent afterward, and you should see improvement. Glad to help!

Do it gradually test the first 25, measure results, then add the remaining 125 in batches. Use different sources/titles and UTM tags, keep send frequency low to avoid looking like spam, and don’t hit the same target all at once; a server-side rotator or an analytics-capable link service will make this much easier.

Sometimes pinning too much looks spammy try slowing down and focusing on quality pins your reach may recover

Looks like you might have been flagged for over-pinning. I’d suggest slowing down the posting for a while and focusing on quality pins instead of volume sometimes the account recovers after a cooldown.
