Any Linux VPS or shell providers that allow port scanning?

Are there any Linux VPS or shell providers that turn a blind-eye to port scanning? I'm sure most of them need to include that they are against it in their TOS to cover themselves, but is anyone here actively using such accounts for port scans over a long period of time without getting a warning? I'm not comfortable doing it on my own ISP as I'm only a guest at the place I'm staying and wouldn't want to get them kicked off their ISP.

ive done it on my isp for 5 yrs ... usually its usa isp's that hate port scanners

For the OP, just PM me if you need these hosts, I don't want to publicly disclose those hosts I know.

proxygo: You're lucky. I would save $300/mo if I could do it using my own ISP. However though, when your server is hosted on 1Gbps connection, scanning speed is a 'bit' better

well ide rather have the 3600$ a year in my pocket because i dont need the extra speed
i get 100MB connection and that serves me enough to do the job i need each day
3k google passed proxies and 2k yahoo using proxies.
if it aint broke dont fix it. and im on cable

Can you let me know such an ISP as well? Would like to do some portscanning for security research but got banned by my ISP. NEed to have one that is not that paranoid.
