For the whole quality linkbuilding process You`ll need something like at least $250-$350 monthly + some one-time purchases like CB, but You can start first with mimimal budget running on Your home pc ex, but it could be only for educational purposes - You can not get results with thin budget.
 
GSA SER but automated tools will have various recurring costs mostly for content, captchas and proxies.
 
GSA, Scrapebox and Captcha Breaker is one time payment! However, you would need a VPS service (which is like $25+ a month), at-least 10 private proxies to start with!
 
GSA alone does not cost $100. You will need much more once you buy it. I would suggest putting aside at least 300 a month if you want to get GSA.

You're not alone. I'm earning less than $300 monthly in IM. So what I'm planning to do is to buy the software for education. And then later when I master it well and know that I can make more than the monthly budget I can use the $300 for it.
 
More expensive software = better results. I'd personally wait till i get $200 - $300 for a good software (GSA with captcha breaker, Xrumer, or ZennoPoster) than wasting $100 on something useless.

Not really. Ive done a lot of tests and public proxies perform WAY better than private ones. I build a lot of lists with only public proxies and I get great results.

Guess its just a matter of testing..
 
I use GSA for my quality tier1 site, this tools is amazing dude...
 
Get a real job, raise money, buy the stuff you need.

You need to invest money to make money.
