any leaks on google algorithm ?

LOL. The algorithm is in plain site for everyone to see. It's the values assigned to each factor that we don't know.

Honestly thought this was a joke thread.
Expected to see it in the lounge.

I'm seeing a huge boost in Exact Match Domain (EMD) rankings, also e-commerce is once again favored over blogs. Looks like G is refocusing their search so people selling things rank higher than info sites designed to get adsense clicks. I placed a brand new site with a .net EMD to the #4 spot for a highly competitive keyword with pretty thin content (one item for sale, basic minisite) with a buy now and shopping cart in just 1 week.

Yep pretty much sums it up.
It'll force those making money to use adwords.

If the algorithm is revealed to public, a lot of SEO services will have to cease operation :)

i've seen many facebook notes nowadays, maybe that's the leak...would love it to be patched because it's very annoying :D

hillton algorithm
i have had original formula you can search by google it will appear on wikipedia
if you can crack it you will rich trust me!

If anyone had even a small fragment of this they could make millions (if they can prove it as a piece to a larger Google puzzle). I'm estimating the algorithm in it's entirety is worth $25 billion...

Actually, it's worth entire Google!

If someone gets to know the algorithm, they'd be in a position to make another Google!

BTW, Google's PR algo is on Wikipedia, though I'm sure it's not the actual one.
