Any iTunes PHG Affiliates Around?

I've been an iTunes affiliate with PHG for quite awhile and I recently discovered the public RSS feed from iTunes. I contacted their help desk to see how I can add my affiliate ID to the links in the feed, but they weren't any help (surprise). I've next to no experience when it comes to managing/editing RSS feeds, and it sucks that they pretty much leave you out in the water on this. Does anyone know how I'd go about automatically ingesting the RSS feed from iTunes, automatically adding the affiliate token to the end of each URL, then send it back out into the world?
