Any interest in bulk Twitter accounts with high Klout?

I have an opportunity to develop a product that will be able to handle this.

Before I jump in, I want to see whether there will be a potential market for this.

Would anyone be interested in purchasing bulk Twitter accounts with high Klout scores (I'm thinking 30+, 40+ and 50+ price ranges)?

These would probably come with around 2000 followers, and could be custom made for specific niches (so would have real followers interested in those topics).

Turnaround time for 30+ Klout would be 2 weeks.
40+ 1 month
50+ ? (not sure yet)

Also, there would be stock accounts in generic niches that would be available immediately at a lower price point than custom.

Thoughts? Suggestions on what you'd want to see?

Also, I would appreciate an honest feedback on what you would pay for something like this (can PM if you don't want to post here).

Depends on the price tag. Do you have a range?

All real/active followers? Is this just like: buy a 2000 person account on Fiverr, then use a bunch of your own personal accounts to make some rain on these new accounts or are you automating it somehow? It would be great to have a bot that would do this.
