Any Instagram accounts checkers?

Hey, does anyone know if there is an Instaagram Mass Account Checker (live/dead) available somewhere?
I found a couple of em' but none support proxy checking and I would prefer checking the accounts with proxies...

What do you mean exactly with live/dead?
Live = user is uploading constantly photos
Dead = no photo uploads since a specific date

If you are looking something like this, just let me know.
Realisation as a PHP Script with Proxy Support is only a few lines of code.
