Hey guys I read on a thread about Tor rotating IPs and how it could help avoiding using proxies for tasks that require a different IP.
Ive been reading about it and have couple questions, maybe someone has more experience regarding this.
#1 Are these generated IPs "been used before by other users" or are they always brand new
#2 Is location completely random or you can select a specific country to rotate IPs?
#3 I dont even have much experience with Tor but I see you can "adjust" how long you want the session to be with "x" IP , correct?
Anyways, thanks for any feedback on this subject
