Looking for some suggestions that can push us another 5 places for this keyword.

Currently sitting 6th

Currently using RevSEO, Cash202, MrE and a range of inhouse link building strategies, but cant seem to get above 6th.

Advertise on BHW
Just keep building more links, especially to deep pages. The sites on #4, #5 seem to be authority sites, so it'll probably take more work to beat them (unless they are sites like about.com., ehow.com etc)

Also, keep adding quality content to your site.
