i just picked up imgtx(dot)com looking for some ideas of what i can use it for

free image hosting or maybe a tinyurl clone ?

Sell something about graphics, photos, images and all sort of stuff related to image or maybe a graphic design service site!

you say 'picked up', is it an expired domain name?
Has it got existing traffic? What are they looking for?
Host it and find out.

When I see that conjuction I immediately think of 'Image Trading'

Not sure what the hell that would be though.. Trading images.. but if you can think of an idea then you have a niche on yoyur hands and potential riches.

Umm...image trading.. i've got it , a place where people upload graphics they have created for other peope to download/purchase.

For example, people are always loking for good custom unique avatars, logosm banner backgrounds for Ads...
Maybe thet can upload them into categories for people to download.
If people download them then the uploader gets XP or a share of the cash.

You will need to get a programmer to build a script for you, which you can also later sell on and make a fortune.
