Again. 700$ is a very small amount. so my advice to you is to learn a lot, and use it to study without expecting to earn any profit.

I cannot think of a great idea right now, but you should look around the forum, maybe something sparks your interest. However, do try to think about it thoroughly before spending money on something that might not pay off in the future. That might seem a bit vague and obvious, but people sometimes jump into things without considering all the facts.

There is not a right amount. but definitely 700 is not enough. What can you do with 700$?
Of course things can go crazy and viral but I wouldn't count on that.
