I'm wondering what was wrong with my website.

Made a simple but working design, dedicated to Ozempic
Got a supplier.
Linked a paygate.
Got to the first positions in Bing.
And for the whole month got a ZERO checkouts. Zero.
Now paygate is unlinked, I'm going to abandon the website, but I wonder what was wrong.
My theory is that audience that has the money, buys it with the insurance at med stores.
And the audience that is low on budget - tends to search at darknet and avoid my site.
But I'm not sure.
Need any ideas, why it failed
