any idea which open source /framework used to make this Indian comic app?

he is directly giving pirated comics here

its a shit app, using a recyclerview to list the names of comics > when you click the title it open a pdf file using pdf reader module, all there pdf's are hosted in google drive
they are using admob and firebase analitics.

You can make an using webview easily. But you need to make a website first. After that make an android app with source code you can get from codecanyon or more and then post link in it. You have to maintain it. These kinds of apps can get copyrighted easily and your account will get suspended so be careful otherwise you will have no option to create new accounts later.
