I found something like that before and it seems to come down to coding, mixed with some sort of spreadsheet. Not sure of any software that can do it.

The hype is over, these guys who started these channels got their first traffic from reddit, then yt started to recommend it.
There is a subreddit called dataisbeautiful 13M subscirbers, where people love these videos, they no longer accept yt videos though .
