Any idea what it would cost to custom create a site like TeeSpring?

I have a rough project outline, but I'm not sure if it's executable on my budget.

My main concern is the cost of custom creation for the website.

The website I need created will be:

    - Engineered in the same fashion as TeeSpring
    - Include the same functions/features as TeeSpring
    - Attribute fixed $ values to each piece that's used

The main difference would be that people aren't customizing by adding an image or text, but rather by choosing which pieces are matched together. So, say I want to take my fashion line and sell whole outfits, which can be user created.

Any idea on the cost to get the website created? A rough range is fine.

Alternatively, are there any companies that offer such a script?

Custom websites from scratch with certain functions and features cost at least 3k+ it depends on functions and features you want, but i doubt you will find someone who can make it for less than 3k.

The margins are good enough, but I'm not comfortable putting out more than $1,000 upfront. I don't anticipate major returns immediately, so there's a high chance of failure, but the upside is incredible.

If I were to cut corners, are there any scripts, templates, plugins, or anything else, that accomodate what I described? The main point is to be able to build an entire outfit (shoes, pants, shirt, etc.) with each piece having fixed $ values.
