Do you mean sweepstakes with products such as TVs, phones, scooters etc..

Facebook Ads ideally must give some conversions for sweepstakes. Perhaps your campaign setup may not have been optimum. Example : narrowing your targets down to the demographics, hobby, interest, etc in relation to what sweepstake(s) you tried to promote.

I`m not a fan of advertising on social media. Did you try with ad networks?

Thanks, I tried FB but whenever I try to narrow down target audience, FB declines my ad...

You will have to test multiple creatives and audiences before you know which combination performs best for you. FB ads work, but you will have to spend some money testing before seeing any success.
