Any hosting platform for PBNs?

Hello!
After going Crazy trying to manage more than 150 PBN sites on different small shared hosting providers, VPS with different IPs and some other CDN shit...
I need some sort of a cheap platform that gives me different IP class and different NS record for every domain I add to the system. I also need cPANEL with softaculous and weekly monthly backups...

I know your pain, but the alternatives i've come across are generally SEO hosts that have nothing but PBNs hosted, and maybe I'm being paranoid, but i stay away from those.
