I need to buy at least 10 a week to start with, but I also want to deal with wholesalers that are confident enough about their product that they'll sell me one as a sample to examine.

Either single or double, it doesnt matter. I'm more into correct size specifications and an OS that is very similar to iOS or a Windows OS phone.
