I am using site crusher and I got it from a connection I had and it's a trophy site that I'm creating. I'm charging $30 a month for maintenance and hosting. Pretty good for a 16 year old editing text lol.

What I want to know is, I have a meeting with the lady Friday, what do I discuss what contracts do I have? ETC...

Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!

If you can find taktical's thread here he has some really good contracts that will work in a pinch- I was looking at site crusher is that a lead referall system?

lead generation to get clients, it works well!

I would always offer additional SEO, social media package, google places setup, site optimization (for speed) and offer to make the site an Android app all at additional charges.

Also, give them a $10 one time discount if she will use green hosting through your hostgator affiliate link.

Every website developer should offer these things after the site is finished.

Upsell on hosting, website maintenance, SEO, mobile site, email marketing, Adwords, and a crap ton of other services. Don't use a Hostgator affiliate link. Just host it yourself and get a nice recurring income.

Keep things simple. Don't use jargon. Tell her why your services benefit her in a dumbed down way so even someone with no experience with computers would understand.

Ask her questions like, "Would your business be able to handle an XX% increase over the next couple months?" or "Have you thought of why your competitors with an online presence are doing much better than you are?"

These are examples of thought provoking questions that solicit a response that benefits you! Now think of some more kickass ones to ask her!

You charged too little bud. It's ok, but with future clients don't be afraid to charge more for maintenence. Most firms are charging 500+ at the VERY least
