any help for firebug or other tools

1) plz dont waste time telling me don't copy,try to answer query
2) I have to do work manually ,no rss or scraping

I am manually copying contest,but web page have ads in between of cotnent,even if if I use adblock manually insreted advertise are there

is there way I can block them from each page of webpage I am copying

any help?
