Any graphic design experts here for images and apps?

If I have an image of something like a kitchen and I want to build a user app like this diy-kitchens.com/style-kitchen-tool/cornell-classic/ is there a way of doing this without rendering / tweaking four zillion images within photoshop or similar?

Likewise does anyone know if the tool will be able to be coded in such a way that it will be suitable for website use and also as a Chrome app for example so I don't need to get coded from scratch in both options.

Really good one I've used in the past - Secax. He has examples of work posted on several threads as well.
