I need an alternative to google form since it require a gmail account to submit the form
i tried jotform and the free plan is very limited
The user have to uplaud some files at the end of the form so need that option
You can try wufoo, wpforms, typeform, & formidableforms. Most of the toold with free plans are limited to upload the files. IMO you can go for the paid option.
