Any good worldwide recurring affiliate program?

Im, im looking for a good affiliate program to promote that will build some recurring money for me.

Anybody know any? Beside those hosting companies and things like this..id like something more like health, fitness niche.

Are you looking for a program that works for specific niche ? are you trying to monetize your blog / site ?

I always research worldwide affiliate programs which are appealing to the masses. Consider this, how many people watch TV? How many TV's does the average family own. How many TV's in the world? How many people hate their cable or satellite companies and fees? How many people want to save an average of $1000. a year? How many people rent movies, UFC, MMA, WWE and Boxing Pay Per View per year? How many people use Netflix and Amazon for movies? Simply put, I have never found a higher conversion rate and a larger prospect market then those who watch TV and want to save money. Streaming is exploding, been in the news constantly over the past year as more discover the power of FREE-PPV programming. So when it comes to niches, this is the largest niche of the century.

I have tried many affiliate programs but seocheckout gets the most consistent sales for me. Last year I made a lot basically just tweeting. Cool stuff.
