Any Good Weight Loss Products/Programs?

I have a site geared towards weight loss for women, no matter what I put in the sidebar so far they don't click it. I tried adsense there and it's ehhh not that great, although it works great within the content. All my other niches do well in the sidebar but for some reason they just don't click anything there. I finally got #1 for my term and it's not doing all that great. I tried some of the popular clickbank products but those haven't converted.

I'm testing but just wanted to see if anyone had any good weight loss or health products/programs that have done really well for them?

By the way I'll take a look at your landing page. I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is. I haven't seen it yet, but CB products don't convert like the use to. Don't take me wrong they do. However I think you'd make more money with a re-bill

weight loss offer.

By the way I live out in Cali as well.
