People pay hundreds for good usernames, Twitter doesn't follow their own 6 month inactivity, username is released rule. Which would you follow, @love or @iteenlove_quotes?
My advice is look for usernames with the letter "L" in them, because a lowercase "L" = "l" and with Twitter's font it looks exactly like a capital "I". So @animals looks the exact same as @animaIs on Twitter. Of course it looks weird in replies, but not even that obvious then.

As far as I understood, he wanted a single username and not tons. Which he could have easily come up with related to his niche.

Yeah that wasn't the best example lol, but the L to I switch really can dig up some great ones, not any one worders anymore. But good ones are still out there. Find an inactive one, try to contact the owner somehow, and sometimes they are surprised to find out you'll offer legit money for it.As far as I understood, he wanted a single username and not tons.
