Any Good Twitter Auto DM'er tool out there?

I'm searching for a tool (website) that send auto DM's to new followers. Custom made one without displaying the sites name in the message.

It doesn't have to be free but you should be able to pay using PayPal only (no visa or debitcard)

You guys know some good one?
