Any good tutorial/guide on how to get traffic from reddit in a consistent way?

I have read many times on this forum that reddit works like magic to get traffic.
However, there are many spam restrictions, on many occasions posting links is prohibited, etc
If it was not enough, getting engagement and views to your posts also seems to be difficult (I am still a rookie when it comes to reddit, so correct me if I am wrong, but the thing is that I see that only the posts that get to be on the top are the ones that get traffic/views. The other normal / random posts do not get traffic and just get piled up and lost among the thousands of posts per minute that there are).

So how does one go about getting traffic from reddit in a consistent and regular way?

Do you know any good guides or tutorials?

In short, you want to promote your content in a native way, and the traffic will come to you.
There isn't any ultimate guide for it.
