Do there exist any good tools to manage multiple social medias such as instagram, twitter,facebook and co via one tool ? i plan to manage them manually, should be all accessable via PC

None that I know of, easier just to keep them all separate in my opinion. I'm not sure how one tool would even be able to manage 3 separate things like that.
