Any good streaming site templates/can an expert help me out please?

I am not completely new to CPA but I am far from adept enough to create a site that will convert well with it and with all the appropriate locker settings. I have a launch plan with a soon deadline and would like to get a site running in the next week. If someone can point me in the right way or help me out a bit it would be greatly appreciated.

It will be social traffic mostly so no worries if the domain is sandboxed but I do have a decent EMD for the site already.
