I know most proxy providers say any mass mailing is against rules. However, I also know people use them a lot for that. Recently tried VIP72, and I think I was running too low on new accounts, or using the same proxies too much at one time, and they jumped on me with a complaint. 
It seems in the proxy world, that you can mass mail with very expensive proxies, but those are usually only by the month and quite expensive. I need some more cost effective way to get working mail proxies, or a provider that will at least be able to communicate with me to let me know if I'm getting complaints, etc.
