Any good ppc management tools available for free?

I was wondering if there are any good FREE tools, or a software based tool that's cracked and floating around somewhere, for adcenter ppc management. There seem to be a lot of great ones out there for adwords, and at some pretty crazy prices, but I can't afford hundreds of dollars a month for something like that. Any suggestions?
