hey ive recently started posting on Pinterest to promote my ecommerce store, my reach was slowly increasing organically and it reached around 15k per day after a couple of weeks, but now its pretty stuck at around 2k per day and i feel like im probably doing something wrong, my niche is Nike sneakers and i mostly post ones a day the content is reposted from Instagram

It's probable that the algorithm has changed and now you're not getting many views. 2k reach per day is still pretty good though.

Post almost 10-15 pins a day
 
Make sure your Pinterest posts are visually appealing and provide a thorough description of your Nike sneaker pins to increase their number of views. Continue to be active by communicating with other users and sharing frequently. Following pinterest guidelines will also help too.
 
Post short form videos! They do well - and remember your audience is mostly US women age 25-34 there
 
Do visual pins rank in google and bing ? Is it necessary to have multiple boards- they are like categories, will they help you get more visibility in short time?

Often people mention that the pinterest views on their board stay within pinterest not going to their external website, how to solve this problem?

Have yopur external website link only in your profile or in every pin too?
