Any good payment processors for 3rd world countries?

@Nonused I do know a provider for Africa, middle east etc, does local methods in aggregate, but I do not know if I am allowed to speak of this with my status, I dont want it be classified as doing business or some sales pitch. MAybe older members or mods can chime in and tell me whats allowed? Would be appreciated.
