I'm going to assume you're asking for a mobile detection script, which will load your mobile site to visitors from a mobile device? If this is the case, your best bet is to look at Codecanyon.

it's a kind of spy tool to see whats other do- others mobile ads, what's working etc.

WhatRunsWhere has mobile, but it's only possible to spy broadly on WiFi traffic, so you wouldn't see the ads/LPS of people that are only advertising under carrier traffic.
