What exactly do you mean by 'manual'? Word for work autosuggest? Most spinners out there clunky because they don't really capture the CONTEXT of the original.

Agree with @blackbeans. A "manual rewriter" suggests a human. Maybe you mean something else?

I don't seem to know any manual rewriter that you could find, do you mean an automatic rewriter?

There is nothing good for Rewriter but there are online tools for Spin articles & I have seen peoples use Spin tool to modify articles.
